Ketoprak

* 2 deep-fried tofu
* 150g bean sprouts
* 100g dried bihun
Sauce
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 red chili
* 2 small chilies
* 50g peanuts
* 1 tbs ketjap manis
* 1 tsp fried shallots
* 1 tsp tamarind juice
* salt
* salad oil


1 Parboil deep-fried tofu, slice it.
2 Parboil bean sprouts, drain them with the strainer.
3 Soak dried bihun in boiled water to reconstitute, then drain them
Sauce
1 Grind peanuts, garlic, red chilies and small chilies in the blender.
2 Add tamarind juice, salt and kecap manis to 1.
3 Add water little by little into 2 until to thin to be appropriate
thickeness.

Arrange tofu, bean sprouts and bihun on the serving plate, put sauce
and fried shallots on top
